Thanks for watching me make my favorite smoothies. Here is a list of the ingredient you’ll need to make the same one:
5 cubes of frozen mango chunks
5 frozen strawberries
1/2 of a banana
1 cup of 2% milk or more (as needed)
5-7 cubes of ice
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of zero calorie sweetener
Blender
Blend all those ingredients until thoroughly smooth then pour into a cup of choice and enjoy.
