There is not one thing about this ‘healthy-ish’ breakfast (or dessert) meal that is not awesome! (except maybe having to clean out the blender). Recipe is 150ml (2/3 cup) Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Coffee, 100ml (1/2 cup) Ice Cold Water, 1 heaping tsp Peanut Butter Powder (or regular PB), 2 Scoops Chocolate Ka’Chava, Frozen Banana Slices (to taste, I use about 6-8 slices probably 1/3 of a banana).
