Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
Salt & Pepper
1/4 cup Flour
Olive Oil
1 chopped white onion
3 cloves garlic
15 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/3 cup white wine
1 & 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Directions:
cut the chicken breasts in half to have 4 pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper and coat the pieces with flour. Heat up an oven proof skillet with olive oil and fry the chicken on both sides just until a golden brown crust forms. The chicken does not need to be cooked all the way so place it to the side. In the same skillet, add the chopped whithe onion and crushed garlic and saute for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add the can of crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, wine and brown sugar. Season the sauce with a bit of salt and bring the sauce up to a boil. Add the chicken back into the skillet and nestle it into the sauce. Place the skillet uncovered into the oven at 375 F. for 40 minutes. Serve with white rice & Enjoy!
