We approached this Napoleon Prestige 500 gas grill review with years of admiration for Napoleon’s brand, but as always, we had to get under the (literal) hood before making any bold declarations. Chef Tony was more than happy to oblige with his series of tried-and-true tests that get to the bottom of quality, performance, and features. On the quality side, Chef Tony found plenty to love in his Napoleon Prestige 500 review, from leading construction among Practical-class grills to a lifetime warranty on the main components. Every feature was thoughtful and effective, with a ceramic infrared side sear burner and rear rotisserie burner taking things to the next level in terms of cooking versatility. And performance?
