LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN
3 chicken breast, halved (can use 6 chicken thighs)
1 TBSP paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
3 TBSP butter
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 C. chicken broth
1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
2 C. spinach
RITZ CHICKEN BAKE
3 C. shredded chicken
1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
3 TBSP. butter, sliced thin
