TODAY’S RECIPE IS New Dessert Recipe | 2 Layer Tapioca Dessert | Sago Milk Pudding Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca pudding
Tapioca/ sabudana 1/2 cup
Washed with water
Boiling water
Pour tapioca
Orange color & flavour
Boil until transparent
Strain
7 inch mould
Grease butter
Keep aside
Milk 2 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Agar agar/ gelatine 2 tsp
Cook until boil
Boiled tapioca
Cook for 2 mins
Keep it in the fridge until set
Insert tooth pick to loosen up the edges
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
