Oh my Goodness!!! Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!!! I Can't believe that I made this whole 5.5lb chicken and it took about 1/2 an hour!! I told my hubby tonight that I am getting rid of my 5.3 qt air fryer...I will only be making whole chickens in my Foodi from now on!! I pressure cooked it on high with a cup of chicken broth for 20 mins. (it probably only needed 15, but because the chicken was so big I added another 5 mins to the time) Then I switched the lid and air fried it for 15 mins@ 400 degrees. I then removed the chicken and basket and made the gravy in the same pot!!!
