Ingredients:
Chicken Leg Pieces 2
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Green Cardamom Powder, Black Salt, Paprika Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Nutmeg and Mace Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder and mix it well. Your Masala is Ready.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Chicken Leg Pieces and add Vinegar and spread it and then put Masala from step 1 and marinate it.
Step 3: After that take a pot and add 1/2 cup water and place the chicken leg pieces and cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame and then use medium to low flame and cook it for 15 minutes with lid.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and put egg and whisk it and then take half cook chicken leg from step 3 and coating it with egg and fry it into preheated oil on medium flame and from both side, until desire color become. Your Fry Tandoori Chicken Tikka is Ready
