Fruit & Marie Biscuit Custard Recipe || Sugarfree easy dessert Recipe ||
Ingredients
2.5 bowl skimmed milk
12/13 Marie biscuits
4 tbsp custard powder
6/7 strawberries
1 bowl blueberries
8/10 almonds
5 tbsp sugarfree( Equal for cooking & Baking)
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamom powder
1 tbsp flax powder
Few drops od vanilla essence
Method
Boil milk
In a small bowl,take cold milk and add 4 tbsp of custard powder ,1/2 tbsp cardamom powder,1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder,few drops of vanilla essence ,1 tbsp flax powder and mix well
Pour this mix in boiling milk and stir till it thickens
Empty in a bowl & allow it to cool
Now take 12/13 marie biscuits and blend
Add little skimmed milk and add to blended marie biscuits
Keep it aside
Cut strawberries ? & almonds and mix with blueberries in a bowl
Now start layering
Take an empty glass
Layer custard first,then marie powder and lastly mixed berries and almonds
Refrigerate it for few hrs and serve chill
