COOK UNTIL CARAMELIZED
POUR IN A 9 INCH MOULD
KEEP ASIDE
VANILLA CUSTARD LAYER:
½ CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP CORNFLOUR
2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER
2 CUP MILK
MIX
1-2 DROPS YELLOW FOOD COLOR (OPTIONAL)
LET IT BOIL
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
POUR OVER CARAMEL
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
½ CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP CORNFLOUR
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
2 CUP MILK
MIX
LET IT BOIL
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
POUR OVER CUSTARD LAYER
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 4-6 HOURS
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
