Mandarin Orange Dessert Recipe:
***Crust:
-2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
-1/3 Cup Sugar
-1 stick (1/2 cup) of Melted Butter
***Filling:
-12oz Container of FROZEN Orange Juice Concentrate, THAWED
-1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-16 oz. Whipped Topping
-2 (15oz) cans of Mandarin Oranges, DRAINED
Cherry Cream Cheese Pie Recipe:
***Crust:
-1 store bought graham Cracker Crust
***Filling:
-8 oz block of Cream Cheese, ROOM TEMP
-1 can sweetened Condensed Milk
-1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
-1 tsp Vanilla Extract
-1 Can of Pie Filling of Choice. I USED CHERRY Pie Filling
Chocolate Eclair Cake Recipe:
-1 box of Graham Crackers
-2 (3.4oz) boxes of French Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
-3 1/2 Cups of Milk
-16oz Whipped Topping
-2 containers of store-bought Chocolate Icing, melted for 30 sec. in the microwave
