No Glutinous Rice Mochi Recipe | Easy Japanese Dessert
( Easy dessert recipes at home no bake )
This time we are going to prepare a popular Japanese desert, called Mochi.
Normally, it’s made using glutionous rice flour, but since it is not easily available in every country, I’m going to show you how to prepare this delicious desert without glutinous rice flour. Also, no steaming needed! 😀
INGREDIENTS
Rice flour 150 g
Hot water 250 ml
Red & Blue food coloring ( Or which ever color you prefer )
sugar 3 tbsp
corn starch 1 tbsp
Corn starch for coating
FILLING 1
Dried apricots
FILLING 2
Chocolate candy
