1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste

20-25 stands of saffron

For Rice:
1 kg rice ( 5 cups)
1 cup oil
3 onion
10-12 Green Chillies
mandi masala
2 dried lemon
1 tbsp salt + 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 chicken cubes
4 tomatoes
coal for smoke
