– MUSTARD
WET MIX
– 1 CUP FLAXSEED MEAL ( GROUND FLAX SEED )
– 1 & 1/4 CUP WATER
– 3-4 TBSP HOT SAUCE
– 2 TBSP MUSTARD
DRY MIX
– 2 CUPS CHICKPEA FLOUR
– 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
– 1 TBSP LEMON PEPPER
– 1 TBSP PAPRIKA
– 1 TBSP CREOLE SEASONING
– 1 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
