Try this tofu smoothie! Tofu is high in plant-based protein and contains all of the essential amino acids our body needs. It is a great addition to a smoothie because it adds protein and makes it very smooth!
Here’s the recipe?:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups frozen fruit
• 1/2 fresh banana (I used a whole in the video)
• 8 ounces silken tofu
• ¼ cup water
• 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
• Place the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, add a little extra water.
