Oats breakfast smoothie recipe /no sugar / smoothie for weight loss

☆ingredients
☆apple oats smoothie
☆instant oats… 3tbsp
☆apple… 1 chopped
☆milk… ½ cup
☆dates…. 4-5 without seeds
If you don’t have dates, add 1tbsp honey for sweetness
☆leave for 5 minutes
》then put in a blender and add ½ cup milk
Blend until smooth
》ready to serve
》cinnamon powder(optional) 2 pinches

●banana oats smoothie
☆instant oats…. 3 tbsp
☆dates… 3-4… Without seeds
☆milk… ½ cup
Mix well and leave for 5 minutes
☆banana.. 1 large
☆cinnamon powder(optional) 2 pinch or ¼ tsp
☆milk.. ½ cup
● blend 2 minutes
》add nuts as your choice
