Ingredients :-
First step marination –
• Chicken – 3/4 kg
• Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Chicken Masala – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
• Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp
• Salt
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Second step marination –
• Egg – 1
• Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
• Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
At the time of frying –
• Oats – 1 cup or more
• Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
• Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – 1/4 tsp
• Oil for frying
