Serving: 1 Glass
Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
– 1 Ripe banana
– 1 tbsp flax seeds
– 3 tbsp of rolled oats
– 2 seedless Dates
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
Firstly, Soak oats and 2 dates in a ½ cup of water for 15 mins. Then blend with peanut butter (roasted peanuts), flax seeds, ripe banana, and 1 cup of water. Optionally you can also add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder. This gives you a extra flavour.
