How to make Oil Free Chicken Recipe?
Ingredients
500gms Chicken / Murgh
SPICE MIX
1/2 inch cinnamon stick / dalchini
1/2 tsp black peppercorns / kaalimiri
5 green cardamom / hari elaichi
5 cloves / lavang
1/2 tsp fennel seeds / saunf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds / jeera
2 strands of a mace / javitri
MARINADE
2 Onions / Pyaz (smal)
1 sprig Curry Leaves / Kadipatta
5 Garlic / Lehsun
1/2 inch Ginger / Adrak
1 Green Chilli / Hari Mirch
GRAVY
salt / namak to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric / haldi
1 tsp paprika powder / kashmiri laal mirch powder
1/2 lime juice / nimbu juice
200 ml thick coconut milk / thick milk of 2 coconuts
1 sprig Curry Leaves / Kadipatta
