wow, was not expecting this to be so amazing! tasted bloody lovely. It needs to be squidged down into a cookie shape before microwaving, not the usual melt down in the oven. let it cool, and it crisps up slightly, chewy in the middle crispier around the outside. Watch this space….. I’ll be another stone heavier by christmas.
