Only Eating Smoothies For 24 Hours! | Yummy, Healthy Smoothie Recipes!


I decided to challenge myself to only eat smoothies for 24 hours! I didn’t do this as a health challenge and I wouldn’t think it’s healthy to do this for longer than a day. I just thought it would be a fun little challenge and that I could use it to show you guys some yummy smoothie recipes! Here are the smoothies I had:

Smoothie 1: Strawberries, banana, blue berries, oats, peanut butter, milk of your choice.

Smoothie 2: Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness

Smoothie 3: chocolate protein powder, banana, blueberries, oats, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk.

Smoothie 4: Frozen avocado, banana, strawberries, spinach, blueberries, milk.

Smoothie 5: Tropical Smoothie Café Orange Ginger Glow Smoothie.
