Pal Payasam (Quick Method Using Pressure Cooker)
INGREDIENTS
Rice Rawa – 1 1/2 Tblsp (Heaped)
Milk – 2 Cups
Saffron – 2 Pinches
Condensed Milk – 1/4 Cup
Almonds (Blanched & Sliced) – Few
METHOD
1. Pressure Cook rice rawa with milk for 2 whistles directly using pressure pan/small cooker.
2. Open lid, add condensed milk, soaked saffron, almonds and more milk if necessary.
3. Boil for two minutes.
4. Thick, creamy, tasty Pal Payasam is ready to serve.
