Learn how to make Paan Panna Cotta , an innovative dessert recipe with Priyanka.
Festive season is all about Sweets! So our chef Priyanka has come up with a wacky yet yummy idea of mixing India’s famous mouth freshener, Paan and Italian dessert Panna Cotta thus making up tempting and mouth watering Paan Panna Cotta. So try out this new recipe and indulge yourself in sweet roller coaster of Indo Italian dessert.
Ingredients:
– 150ml of Cream
– 300ml of Milk
– 2tbsp of Pan masala
– ½ tsp of Agar agar powder
– 1 Cup of Sugar
Method:
– In a pan add milk and cream and stir the mixture
– Add pan masala to the mixture and keep stirring
– Take ½ tsp of Agar agar powder and add it in 1 cup of Sugar and mix it with a fork
– Add the mixture to the pan and keep it till it boils
– Once the mixture boils, keep it aside for cooling
– Add the mixture into the container
– Refrigerate it for 3 – 4 hours until it sets
