1st marination
chicken 500 Gm
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
mustard oil 1tbsp
vinegar 3tsp
salt
mix everything and keep for 15 to 20 min
2 nd marination
hung curd ½ cup
sat
oil mustard 2 tbsp
roasted besan 2tbsp
kasuri methi ½ tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
green colour
red chilli powder ½ tsp
garam masala ½tbsp
ginger garlic paste ½tbsp
marination
2nd marination minimum 4 hours to maximum 4 days
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days in an air tight container

Temperature: on your highest temperature (230 – 250 degree centigrade)
Both rods
If you have rotisserie then use it. If you don’t have rotisserie use middle rack.
Time : 50 – 60 minutes
Preheat 10 minutes
Coat with 2 tbsp melted butter otherwise it will become rubbery.
