INGREDIENTS

For Chicken Stock :
* Chicken.. 500 gm (with bones )
* Black cardamom.. 2
* Cinnamon sticks.. 3
* Black pepper.. 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds.. 1 tsp
* Coriander seeds.. 1 tsp
* Fennel seeds.. 1/2 tsp
* Salt.. to taste
* Ginger garlic paste.. 2 tbsp
* Water.. 2 lit ( approx.)

For Daal:
* Wheat.. 3/4 cup (washed & soaked in water for overnight)
* Rice.. 1/2 cup (washed & soaked in water for 2 hrs)
* White lentil.. 2 tbsp ( washed & soaked in water for 2 hrs )
* Red lentil.. 2 tbsp ( washed & soaked in water for 2 hrs)

For Chicken Masala:
* Oil.. 3/4 cup
* Onion.. 3 medium ( finely sliced )
* Red chilli powder.. 2 tsp
* Chat masala powder.. 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder.. 1/2 tsp
* Garam masala powder.. 1/2 tsp
* Salt.. to taste
* Chinese salt.. 1/2 tsp
* Curd.. 2 tbsp
* Green chilli.. 1
