Ingredients:
2 chicken breast.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric.
1 tsp Chili powder.
1/2 Lemon.
2 lbs spinach.
1/2 Onion.
1 Tomato.
1/2 tbsp Ginger-ginger.
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken with salt, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric, chili powder and lemon. Marinate for 1/2 an hour. Boil the spinach (For 2 lbs spinach add 3 cups of water and cook it) and drain the water. Blend onion, tomato, ginger-Garlic together. Fry the marinate chicken until it’s brown. Remove it from the pan. Same pan add onion, tomato, ginger-Garlic purée. Cook that for 10 minutes or until the oil separates. Add Salt, Coriander, Red chili powder. Add boil and drained spinach. Mix it well and add cooked chicken. Mix it together. Cover & Cook of r10 minutes on low heat. Serve with Roti or Naan. Enjoy.
