Ingredients:
Pudina
Palak
Ginger
Garlic
Chillies
Dhaniya
Clove 9 pieces
Cinnamon 8 small pieces
Elaichi 3 pieces
Dhaniya powder 1tbsp
1/3tbsp turmeric powder
Somp lil bit
3 big onions roughly chopped
1tbsp pepper
Half coconut chopped pieces
Oil 1 small cup
1kg chicken
Process :-
Grind all the green leaves , ginger, garlic and chillies into a fine paste . Also grind all the spices with onions into a semi fine paste . Add some oil then add both the ground pastes into the pressure cooker and cook for sometime until the raw smell is gone. Add salt as per taste.Then add chicken into the masala and cook it . Serve it hot with white rice, brown rice or chapatis.
