The recipe of hot and sour chicken dry fry doesn’t contain much wet ingredients like onions and tomato. The spicy and tangy taste of it with a very simple set of ingredients gives a different taste and light.
I used minced green chillies, it can be replaced with Thai red chillies too.
A must try recipe…
Ingredients:
400g chicken ( used chicken wings and drumlets)
1 Tbsp butter
3 green chillies minced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp vinegar ( I used apple cider vinegar)
Salt
Coriander for garnishing
For marination:
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt
Direction:
Combine the ingredients under marination and marinate the chicken for about min 30mins to 1 hour, keep inside the refrigerator.
Heat butter in a wide pan and place marinated chicken pieces, cover with a lid for 3-4 mins, open and flip to the other side and cook for another 3-4 mins. Add little water sprinkle it if needed.
Add green chillies, chilli powder, vinegar and salt, stir well until the chillies incorporate with the chicken pieces well.
Serve as a side dish .
