INGREDIENTS ;-
Marinade process:-
Chicken 1 kg (with Bone)
1 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
1 tsp Salt.
Soak 30 mins..
Pallipalayam Chicken Fry :-
150 ml Sesame Oil,
250 grms Small onion Chopped,
150 grm Red Dry Chilies,(Seed less)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
Half Coconut Slices,
Some Curry Leaves,
Salt as Taste….
Cover & cook for 30 mins on Low flame….
For Garnishing,
Curry Leaves….
Serve with Meals, Biryani, Pulao…
