Hurry Curry
Ingredients –
chicken/ paneer – 500 gm
4 medium sized onions – chopped
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 table spoon ginger garlic paste
cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
garam masala – 1 tablespoon
curry leaves – 2 springs
red chillies – 3-4
Coriander – 2 table spoons
salt as per required
oil – 3 table spoons
Process :
Heat pan oil in a pan
add red chilli, cumin and curry leaves and fry them for 2 mins
Add chopped onions and saute them for 3 minutes.
now add ginger garlic paste to the saute onions and fry them for further 2 more minutes.
Add chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, salt, garam masala and fry it till oil separates
Now add chicken/ paneer pieces and fry it for 5 mins.
Add water to it, cover with lid and let it boil for 15 mins.
After chicken/paneer is boiled add chopped coriander at the end.
