Parmesan Gelato:
2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup whole milk
8 ounces grated parmigiano reggiano
1 tsp pepper

-Create a double boiler by filling a pot with a few inches of water. Bring the pot of water to a low boil and then placing a glass bowl on top of the pot. The water should not touch the bowl.
-Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and continue to whisk for 5 minutes.
-Remove from heat and let cool.
-Add ingredients to your ice cream maker. If you do not have an ice cream maker. Place the parmesan mixture in the freezer. You will need to mix the ingredients ever few hours to prevent it from getting icy.
-Serve with olive, toast and top with balsamic glaze.
