Today lets see how to make Pasta Payasam
Ingredients
Pasta – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 10
Raisins – 10
Milk – 2 cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Condense milk – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
cardamom
Method
1. Cook pasta. Strain and keep it aside.
2. Roast Cashew and raisins in ghee.
3. Roast cooked pasta in ghee.
4. Add milk and boil it.
5. Add sugar and condense milk.
6. Finally add salt, cardamom, and roasted nuts and raisins.
7. Serve hot or chilled.
