Here’s the recipe:
PEACH FUZZ

1 oz. (30ml) Amaro di Angostura
1 oz. (30ml) Cynar
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Peach/Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Mint
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Dehydrated Peach, Marigold Flower
PREPARATION
1. Combine amaro, cynar, lemon juice, peach/cinnamon syrup, peychaud’s bitters, and mint in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a double rocks glass over ice and garnish with a mint sprig, dehydrated peach, and a marigold flower.
