Here’s the recipe:
PEACH MANGO BELLINI
1 oz. (30ml) Rum
Frozen Peach Slices
Mango Chunks
2 oz. (30ml) Prosecco
Ice
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, mango, peach slices, rum and a third of the prosecco to a blender and combine until smooth.
2. Pour mix into base of glass and top with extra prosecco.
3. Garnish with a peach/mango slice. Enjoy responsibly!
