Elaine shows us a quick peanut butter & banana smoothie recipe. An ideal treat which is a welcome change as the months get warmer. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons, peanut butter
– 2 chopped, bananas
– 1 cup, full cream milk
– 1/2 cup, double cream plain yogurt
– 4 ice cubes
– Honey (According to your preference)
Method:
1) Add all the ingredients, except the ice cubes into the blender and give it a quick blitz.
2) Add the ice cubes and blitz the mixture until it’s at the desired consistency.
