Ingredients

chicken 500g
black pepper corns 2 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
fennel seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
onion sliced 2
green chillies sliced 3
curry leaves
coriander leaves
salt
oil

Pepper chicken is an easy & quick Kerala style dry roast recipe. To prepare this perfect spicy recipe, roast black pepper ,cumin & fennel till aromatic. Grind it when it cools down. Sauté onion, curry leaves in this ground spices ,ginger garlic paste and add garam masala. Once onion turns brown add chicken, salt and curry leaves. when everything coats well on chicken, cook in closed pan for some time till water from chicken oozes out. Roast the chicken till it becomes dry and yummy and finally add some curry leaves & coriander leaves. serve hot!!!!!!
