Pepper sauce chicken:
Ingredients for chicken
Flattened chicken breasts 2
Butter 2 ounce
Oil as required
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Pepper sauce as per choice
Water 2 tbsp
Boiled mix vegetables to serve
Ingredients for pepper sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Pineapple slices 2
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Boiled button red chilies 3
Water 1 tbsp
Method for sauce
Method for chicken
• Heat butter in a fry pan, add garlic and rosemary.
• Then add chicken, pan fry it for 5 minutes.
• Add in the seasonings with ¼ cup water and cook it till it’s done.
• Remove in a platter and leave it.
For the pepper sauce
• Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
To assemble
• Add the blended sauce to the same pan in which you cooked the chicken.
• Simmer for 2-3mins and pour sauce over cooked chicken.
• Serve with boiled vegetables.
