Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients
Cornflour – 2 tablespoons
Maida – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 50 ml
Chicken – 150 gm
Cooking oil – 150 ml
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Chopped garlic – 20 gm
Chopped ginger – 20 gm
Chopped onion – 10 gm
Chopped green chilli – 1
Water – 100 ml
White pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Red chilli sauce – 1 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce – 2 tablespoons
Peri peri sauce – 1 tablespoon
Cornflour (1 tablespoon) mixed with Water (10 ml)
Chopped spring onion – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add cornflour, maida, salt, white pepper and water. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Shallow fry the chicken till golden, and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and green chilli. Sauté. Add water and mix well. Add white pepper, salt and red chilli sauce. Mix well. Add schezwan sauce and pei peri sauce. Mix well. Add cornflour+water mix and mix well. Add the fried chicken and chopped spring onion and mix gently.
