750 GRAMS of CHICKEN
550 GRAMS SLICED PINEAPPLE CANNED
400 ML MILK
150 GRAMS BELL PEPPERS
200 GRAMS CARROT
1 MEDIUM ONION
1 MEDIUM TOMATO
3 CLOVES GARLIC
4 TBSP FISH SAUCE
SALT PEPPER
OIL
START BY ADD THE JUICE FROM THE CAN TO THE CHICKEN AND LET IT SIT FOR 1 HOUR.
ADD THE GARLIC ONION AND TOMATO TO A LITTLE OIL AND COOK FOR 2 MINS.
ADD THE CHICKEN (KEEP THE JUICE TO ONE SIDE) AND COOK FOR 5 MINS.
NOW ADD THE MILK THE PINEAPPLE JUICE SALT PEPPER FISH SAUCE COOK FOR 6 MINS.
ADD THE CARROTS PINEAPPLE AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 6 MINS.
NOW ADD THE BELL PEPPERS COOK FOR 3 MINS AND WE ARE DONE.
