Here’s the recipe:
PINK MOSCATO FLOAT
2 oz. (60ml) Pink Moscato
1 oz. (30ml) Strawberry Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Strawberry Soda
Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish: Strawberry
PREPARATION
1. Place two spoons of vanilla ice cream in glass.
2. In a shaking glass combine strawberry soda and strawberry liqueur. Shake to combine. Pour mix over ice cream.
3. Top with pink moscato and more ice cream if desired. Garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy responsibly!
