Plum Smoothie is high content of Vitamin E. It is powerful Antioxidant that contains flavonoids and Vitamin A and also improves intestinal transit and helps against constipation.
Plum fights depression and anemia.
It is used in diets to lose weight due to its depurative properties.

Ingredients fo Plum Smoothie

1 cup of Coconut Milk
3-4 Ice Cubes
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (Soaked)
4-5 Plums (Frozen)
