Thank you for watching my pollo asado al carbon video. This pollo asado was cooked on my Yoder Flattop charcoal grill over Jealous Devil lump charcoal (carbon). The seasonings I used from PS Seasoning are a must try for pollo asado. Oh and that char you see is nothing but flavor and as I mentioned in the video, If you invite me over for a bbq, the chicken better have some char. 🙂
