Ingredients for creamy pepper sauce:
K&N’s Stok Cube 1
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Thyme (dried) 1/2 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Salt to taste
Mushroom (sliced) 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Ingredients for fries:
Potatoes 1 kg
K&N’s Thunder Fillets 3
Oil for frying
Oregano (for sprinkle)
Chili flakes (for sprinkle)
Olives (for garnish)
Parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
1. In a pan melt butter, then add garlic and sauté it for a minute. Then add mushrooms, onions and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium low flame.
2. Add black pepper, thyme, salt, cream, K&N’s stok cube, water and mix all these ingredients well.
3. Let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until the sauce has reduced and thickened to your preference. Your creamy pepper sauce is ready set aside.
4. Peel off potatoes and then cut them in waffle shape using a waffle cutter. Cut potatoes slices according to your preferred thickness.
5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry waffle potatoes until golden brown. Sprinkle some salt while they are still hot and set aside.
6. Prepare K&N’s Thunder Fillets as per the instructions on the pack. And set aside.
7. Take your serving plate and spread waffle fries in base completely.
8. Place prepared K&N’s Thunder Fillets on top and drizzle creamy pepper sauce on top.
9. Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes and garnish it with olives and parsley.
10. Your delicious waffle loaded fries are ready to serve.
