For marination
250 gm boneless chicken
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 pinch garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder
½ cup beaten curd
½ tsp food colour (optional)
Salt as per taste
A pinch of black pepper powder
Marinate in refrigerator for atleast 4-5 hours
Overnight marination is best
Gram flour (Besan) to coat the marinated chicken
For frying
3-4 tbsp for shallow frying
Adjust accordingly for deep frying
