Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe | Chicken Curry Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients
• 500 gm chicken
• 3 TBSP oil in a cooker
• 1inch cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 3 cloves
• One cup of sliced onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder for marination
• 2 Tomato paste
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ¼ Cup whisked curd
• Add 1 ½ cup of water
• Wait for 2-3 whistle
• Chopped coriander
Process:
• Add 3 TBSP oil in a cooker
• Add 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cardamoms, 3 cloves
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add one cup of sliced onion
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add marinated chicken (marinate with turmeric and salt)
• Fry it for few minutes
• Add tomato paste
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add ¼ cup whisked curd
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 ½ cup of water
• Cover with a lid
• Wait for 2-3 whistle
• Open the lid and add chopped coriander
• Serve with Rice or Roti
