Here’s the recipe:
PSC (PUMPKIN SPICE COCKTAIL)

1 ½ oz. (45ml) Bourbon
½ oz. (15ml) Apple Brandy
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Orange Juice
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Fall Tonic [Ginger, Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Lemongrass]
¼ oz. (7ml) Star Anise/Clove Simple Syrup
Key Lime Zest/Juice
Garnish: Orange Peel
PREPARATION
1. Combine bourbon, apple brandy, orange juice, fall tonic, star anise/clove simple syrup, and key lime juice in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into serving glass over ice.
3. Express an orange peel and drop in for garnish.
