How to make Cottage Cheese Dessert at home. Cottage cheese is delicious and super healthy for you. This dessert is packed with calcium, vitamins and is perfect for breakfast! Cottage cheese is a healthful snack that’s low fat and loaded with protein. The protein in cottage cheese is primarily casein protein, which coagulates in your stomach and digests slowly, keeping you full for hours. Desserts in particular are simple to prepare with cottage cheese. I have also used fresh berries to compliment the dish! Enjoy.

For the cottage cheese dessert you will need:

250 gr of cottage cheese ( can also use quark or farmers cheese)
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of blueberries
3 tbsp of icing sugar
200 ml of Sour cream
