QUICK CHICKEN FRY RECIPE :
Hello chicken lovers , don’t miss this recipe. This is my favorite chicken recipe.
It’s important to choose the right masala you are using as this recipe is all about that . Each piece will be filled with the flavour of the masala use.

[INGREDIENTS AND METHOD]
In a pan add
☑️2 tbsp oil (I used coconut oil) and 1 tbsp ghee
☑️1 finely chopped onion
☑️2 green chillies
Sauté
☑️1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
Sauté till the raw flavour goes
☑️1 finely chopped tomato
☑️Add the washed chicken ( 500gms)
☑️1/2 tsp salt or as required
▶️Close the lid and cook for 10 -15 mins on medium flame
▶️Open the lid and cook until the gravy comes closer
THEN ADD
☑️1/4 tsp chilli powder
☑️1/2 tsp chicken masala OR 1/4 tsp garam masala
☑️A pinch of pepper
☑️Lastly add curry leaves and 6-7 cashew nuts
☑️Garnish with coriander
*Do not leave it unattended, occasionally stir it and make sure the piece doesn’t break while stirring.
* I used Shaan’s Bombay biryani masala , it is the best ; if you don’t find this use any other chicken masala
