This chicken fry is fast, easy and delicious. It tastes so good that the whole family will love it. This is the recipe to make when you want your dinner fast. This is just made with 3 ingredients. To make a vegetarian version use paneer instead of chicken. After you make this recipe, you will realize that there is no need to spend an hour to roast and fry all the spices etc., No vegetable needed. You don’t even have to chop the onion. Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken – ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat a pan, add a tbsp of oil to it. Once it’s nice and hot, add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell leaves. Add the chopped chicken pieces and fry for a minute. Add salt to taste and mix. Add turmeric powder, chili powder mix everything together. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato ketchup and stir. Cook for 1 more minute. Let all the liquid evaporate. Once it’s nice and dry it’s ready to serve. You can eat this with chapathi, or fried rice or anything for that matter.
