Thai basil chicken (also known as Thai Holy Basil Chicken) is one of the most popular dishes in Thailand. Typically, you can find all kinds of meat such as pork, chicken, beef, and seafood stir fried with Thai holy basil and garlic. Roland has cooked a drier style in this video but if you like some gravy in your dish, add some water or chicken stock and thicken the sauce up with some cornstarch solution before serving.
